Random's
-My headband is too tight behind my ears and is giving me a headache. Which in turn is making me kinda not so fun to be around. Sorry to the patients checking in for surgery.
-Got the final cost for flowers today. I'm expecting to eat ramen for the next 2 months.
-Going to look at a townhome today that is possibly 'the one' (yes, we get married in 5 days and still don't have anywhere to live.)
-Lach probably won't be a part of the ceremony anymore. It breaks my heart. Poor guy, he lets his emotions get the best of him.
-Talk of babies is the norm now at my parents home. Not okay. 5 years, AT LEAST.
-My nails need to be done so bad. It's gross. Devyn, I'll be seeing you Thursday.
-Despite all of my pre-wedding work-outs and goals, I still feel like the I'm the muffin man. Don't even talk to me about my bikini for the honeymoon. Love handles are sexy, embrace them.
-I'm craving anything that is sweet and unhealthy for me. I have a feeling that I'll eat everything in sight once I'm home. Typical Carly.
-T-minus 5 days. Just freaked out a little as I typed

T-Minus 8 days...WTF
Yup.
You read it right. EIGHT DAYS.
Someone please tell me where all the time went. Last I checked I still had 6 months to plan the wedding of my dreams..
And I'll tell you now, it is just that. My DREAM. I am beyond thrilled to see everything come together and see all the little details I had planned for so long. Of course, all the little details and planning is due to my mother. Without her, this wedding wouldn't even be happening. She has been such a rock star throughout all of it. She has impeccable taste and a designers eye. Everything is going to look gorg.
I've tried including Cody in all of the planning but he's a typical guy. He just wants to know where and when. Easy enough I guess.
Just yesterday my mom finished designing all of the signage and I love it. Simple, clean, and modern. Just how I like it.
My uncle Jeremy designed our invites and let me just tell you, no one can top them. They were totally different and modern, not anything like a typical invite. And that's why I love them. He took a gazillion hours editing them with the perfect picture and colors. I owe him big time.
I had been photo stalking Malea Ellett with Of My Affection for a long time and I knew she was who I wanted to be our photographer. Had to have her. So far she has been nothing short of amazing. I LOVE all of our engagement pictures (she actually got Cody to smile..and kiss me!!) and my bridals are killer. She is honestly amazing. I would recommend her to everyone and she will definitely be doing more pictures for us in the future. Seriously amazing.
Julie Hinton with Middle Aisle Events has been helping us plan as well. My mom wants zero stress for the day of, and that's why we hired Julie. Her and her team will be there to set everything up, and take everything down as well as making sure everything goes perfectly. Score.
Oh, and the coolest part, we're having a photobooth at our reception. Yes sir. So excited to see how that goes.
I'm shocked this day is almost here. I have been counting down for so long. I have killer butterflies in my tummy at all times, and I am ELATED to be getting married to Cody. It couldn't feel more right.
